Citra 1 (UF House)
The facade adopts a classic elegance with controlled luxury approach, using a symmetrical composition to create a sense of stability, prestige, and timelessness, reinforced by a strong focal point in the form of a grand entrance arch as its main identity. Layered facade elements (projections and recesses) introduce depth and shadow, enriching the visual without excessive ornamentation, while details such as classic wrought-iron railings, defined moldings, and a palette of white/off-white with black accents maintain a balance between classic and modern. This approach goes beyond aesthetics—it is a strategic decision to elevate perceived value, create a premium first impression, and ensure long-term maintainability.
The interior follows a soft luxury & emotional comfort concept, where classical elements are refined into a lighter, warmer, and more contemporary expression through a neutral palette of cream, beige, and soft grey, combined with soft materials and subtle gold accents. Spaces are composed with symmetry, enhanced by wall paneling as a framing device, layered ceilings with indirect lighting to create a calm ambience, and chandeliers as elegant focal points. The focus is not on excessive opulence, but on delivering a timeless, comfortable environment that consistently provides a sense of everyday luxury for its occupants.
