Citra 6 (FE House)

The facade adopts a modern solid & breathable concept, combining bold geometric volumes with vertical elements such as slats and secondary skin to balance privacy, natural lighting, and ventilation. The composition is asymmetrical yet controlled, creating a dynamic and progressive appearance, while materials like exposed concrete/stone, wood accents, and large glass openings establish a warm modern character. Overhangs and framed elements around the carport and corner openings not only strengthen the visual identity but also function as climate protection in a tropical context. Strategically, this facade is not just visually modern—it is designed for heat efficiency, interior comfort, and a strong image of high-value contemporary living.

The interior follows a modern luxury with vertical experience concept, highlighted by a double-height space as the main focal point, creating a sense of openness, grandeur, and abundant natural light. Materials such as marble, wood panels, and metal accents are combined within a neutral palette (beige, grey, warm brown) to produce an elegant yet warm atmosphere. Vertical elements like light partitions, hanging lighting fixtures, and tall accent walls enhance the spatial scale and serve as strong visual focal points. The layout is designed to be open and fluid, maximizing natural light through large openings, ensuring that the space is not only aesthetically refined but also enhances the quality of living through comfort, efficiency, and a premium spatial experience.
